We are human.We are not perfect, we are not angelic.
We can be evil, but we are not demonic.
We are not Godly, though some might wish it.
We are only human, but no one will believe it.
I am myself, I am my own being.
I am not controlled, I am untamed and raging.
I am not normal, I am a freak; if you will.
I pride myself on this, I am not run of the mill.
I have some faults, as do we all.
But a few things I am a master of, as are we all.
We all have our fortés, our one special thing we're best at.
We are not Godly, but that doesn't mean we are any less than that.
We are all individuals, unique in our own way.
We are all good at one thing or another, we all have a perfect day.
We are not demonic or angelic, we are not Legion.
We are simply perfect in our imperfection; for we are human.

Life Without Death. (Poem)

Life without death is a curse,
Death without a life is a crime.
Either one quick song or a never ending verse.

Luna, the princess of the night,
Will forever live on past each life,
To rule over darkness but never see the light.

Then there's the ruler of the day,
The all mighty Celestia, to which we pray.
The only one who has seen both the black and the white, but never the grey.

We can never understand their pain,
or do what would be right.
For every life they rule, will one day die in vain.

They've lived this long,
neither to die.
They put on a straight face in our presence to make us feel strong.

A Wish For Freedom

I, a child birthed in chains

And on this day

They will break

Self-taught to be a mute
I learned to be afraid of you
For my choices and actions would get rebuked

I combined my fear and envy
As I was raised in the middle of society
My power and my pride were deprived of me

I'm only an empty vessel
All promises are now fabled
But soon all shall witness my revival

No voice / No roll
No shadow / No soul
No face / No absolution
No grace / No vengeance

Defeat hate / Defeat pain
Defeat fate / Defeat blame
Defeat fear / Defeat corruption
Defeat despair / Defeat discrimination

The urge to stop the cycle
It's either my dow

Just Hug Me

No words are needed,
The silence speaks for itself,
There is no need to form those words,
That you feel the need to say.

I can tell from you actions,
The small smile on your lips,
The twinkle in your eyes,
The skip in your step.

I can tell from the tears,
The broken heart,
The way you grip my hand tight,
The darkness in your soul.

I can tell from the knitted eyebrows,
You head cocked to the side,
Your mouth forming the question why,
The way your brain is working overtime.

I can tell by the shuffling in your step,
The clicking of your fingers,
The biting of your lip,
The feet that point inwards.

I can tell from your wide ey

Perched high upon the mountains;
With wings as black as night.
They watch us in the hour,
Before darkness turns to light.

I've seen them in my visions;
In dreams they come and go,
But the things they seem to tell me
I guess nobody should know...

I've seen children that are buried,
Beneath a frozen lake.
A maiden sits there weeping;
Her heart is soon to break.

The crows flutter downward,
A noose amongst their hands.
They take the maiden away,
To a dark and distant land.

And even if I follow -
Even if I try...
I'll simply end up buried,
Where the frozen children lie.

Joy bringer
Bubbly flair
Muffin giver

Birthed from adversity

A tribute to the multi-faceted pony, fittingly embraced as the mascot of out community. A tribute to her as a mother, as a mailmare and as a symbol of triumph, love and peace.

for allowing me to use his fitting and adorable work entitled "Derpy and Dinky WP" as the preview image for my poem.
